Certify Express is currently presented as a pre-launch project by its founder. The planned commercial publisher is an Estonian private limited company, OÜ, to be incorporated after e-Residency approval.

- Registered office, registration number, VAT number and official support contact: to be completed before commercial opening.
- Business bank account and payment provider: to be completed after incorporation and provider approval.
Until these details are completed, the service must be considered a presentation, pre-launch or restricted access version. No definitive commercial legal identity is represented as already incorporated.

Transparency during incorporation
The purpose of this legal notice is to avoid any ambiguity: the product is being prepared before incorporation. The company identity, registered address, tax details, bank account, payment contract and accounting provider will be updated before real commercial operation.
Hosting and technical providers
The website and application are prepared for Cloudflare hosting. Production databases, file storage, backups, retention rules and processing regions will be confirmed before commercial opening. Transactional email is expected to use Resend if activated.
Payments
The payment provider and/or Merchant of Record has not yet been finally selected. Options may include Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or an equivalent provider. No real payment collection is open in this version unless a dedicated payment page later states otherwise with the final seller identity, price, tax and refund information.
Important limitation
Certify Express does not issue official diplomas, professional titles, public certifications, accreditations, administrative authorizations, Qualiopi certification, RNCP/RS registrations, qualified electronic signatures or qualified eIDAS trust services. Documents are issued by each customer under its own responsibility.
Intellectual property
The Certify Express interface, texts, templates, workflows and software elements are protected. Customer logos, imported files and customer content remain under the responsibility of the customer who uploads or enters them.
Documents available before launch
Before any paid launch, Certify Express intends to provide at least: legal notice, B2B terms, privacy policy, cookie policy, payment information, support contact and a clear description of data retention and deletion options.
