The need is straightforward: avoid repetitive Word files, fragile mail merges and PDFs with no follow-up. The Studio brings together participant lists, document design, relevant evidence, drafts, issued documents and verification.
The project is in public pre-launch while the founder prepares Estonian e-Residency and the future OÜ company.

COMPANY FORMATION
What is available, and what is still pending.
The final commercial company has not yet been incorporated. The planned structure is an Estonian OÜ after e-Residency approval. A business bank account, payment provider, official support contact and tax details will be added before real payments are accepted.
This transparency is deliberate: the site presents the product and its current status without suggesting that the final commercial company already exists.
Current status
