Current principle
Certify Express is in pre-launch. No advertising tracker, retargeting pixel or external commercial enrichment should be enabled without a clear policy and an appropriate legal choice.
Necessary cookies and storage
Technical cookies or local storage may be used for sign-in, security, session handling, language, necessary preferences, access protection and proper operation of the Studio. These elements are necessary for the service.
Analytics
Before enabling analytics, Certify Express will choose either a strictly limited privacy-friendly tool, or a consent banner allowing visitors to accept or refuse non-essential trackers. The selected tool, data collected, retention and opt-out method will be documented here.
Prospecting and AI
AI-assisted automated prospecting remains on hold until the framework is fixed. Any campaign must remain B2B, identify the source of contacts, avoid sensitive data, limit frequency and provide an easy opt-out method.
Consent record
If non-essential cookies are introduced, Certify Express will keep a proportionate record of the user's choice so the preference can be respected and changed later.
Your choices
When non-essential trackers are introduced, visitors must be able to refuse them as easily as they accept them. Until then, browser settings can be used to block or delete cookies.
Pre-launch version updated on September 23, 2026. These texts are working documents and must be reviewed and completed before any final commercial launch.
