Purpose
Certify Express enables professional customers to prepare, generate, download, store and verify documents they issue: attendance documents, internal certificates, badges, presence records, completion documents, recognition documents and custom documents.
Professional use only
The service is intended for professional organizations only. It is not intended for consumer use or for documents concerning minors. The customer must not import data concerning minors unless a specific written framework has been agreed in advance.
Pre-launch status
The current service is in pre-launch. The final company, payment provider, bank account, support commitments, retention policy and commercial terms will be completed before definitive paid opening.
Contract documents
The paid service will be governed by the final order page, the B2B terms, the privacy policy, the payment provider terms where applicable, and any written data processing agreement if required by the customer. In case of contradiction, the final paid order terms will prevail over pre-launch presentation material.
Customer responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for imported data, document content, recipients, evidence, legal basis for processing participant data and legitimacy of the issued documents. The customer must inform the relevant people and obtain any required authorization.
Customer content and participant data
The customer remains responsible for participant lists, logos, signatures, files, evidence, quiz results, attendance records and any information entered into the Studio. The customer must not upload sensitive or unnecessary data unless it has a clear legal basis and a documented need.
Prohibited uses
The service must not be used to create misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, unlawful documents, fake diplomas, official-looking certificates without authority, identity documents, regulated professional titles or documents suggesting a non-existent public recognition.
No official certification
The terms "certificate", "badge" and "micro-certification" only refer to internal or contractual documents issued by the customer under its own responsibility. Certify Express does not provide official accreditation, a recognized diploma or a qualified electronic signature.
Data and confidentiality
Each customer space is private. Imported data, generated documents, drafts, evidence, registries and supporting documents are attached to the customer account. Access by the service provider should only occur when strictly necessary for operation, security, assistance, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
Prices and payment
Prices shown during pre-launch are commercial assumptions. Final prices, taxes, invoices, renewals, cancellations, refunds and the payment provider or Merchant of Record will be confirmed before real payment collection.
Refunds and subscription changes
Refund, cancellation and renewal rules will depend on the final pricing model and payment provider. They will be displayed before payment. If a Merchant of Record is used, that provider may be the legal seller and may handle taxes, invoices and refunds directly.
Availability, backups and support
No final service level commitment is made during pre-launch. Support is expected to be provided by email. Remote backups, restoration procedures and incident handling must be finalized before commercial opening.
Security commitments
Certify Express intends to apply least-privilege access, private customer spaces, temporary access links where possible, hashed or protected tokens, server-side document generation controls, deletion/export tools, and monitoring of abuse or incidents. These commitments will be reviewed before paid opening.
Liability limits
The service is a technical tool. It does not verify the legal authority of the customer, the truth of the facts entered by the customer, or the regulatory validity of a document in every sector or country. The final commercial terms will define liability limits permitted by applicable B2B law.
Suspension and deletion
Certify Express may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful use or breach of these terms. The customer may request export or deletion according to the privacy policy and legal limitations.
Changes to the service
Features, templates, limits, prices and providers may change during pre-launch. Any material change affecting a paid customer will be handled according to the final commercial terms.
